Change from DHCP to Fixed IP and Gateway Address

For greater flexibility, users running a local web server or ftp server will likely need to change how your router directs internal network traffic to your local area network's computers and devices. To do so, change the normal DHCP-assigned automatic IP address to a "fixed" IP address. If you run a local web server, you must change to a fixed IP address to enable (optional) Google Chromecast functions on this web site .

First, assign a "valid" IP address number. ( How to Find and View with Windows 7 Example )
